Executive / Senior General Manager – Upscale Coastal Restaurant
We are seeking an exceptional Executive / Senior General Manager to lead a high-profile, upscale coastal dining operation in one of Southern California’s most iconic beach destinations.
This is a flagship-level leadership role requiring strong operational command, refined guest experience standards, and the ability to lead a seasoned team in a high-expectation, high-volume environment.
This is not a training ground role, it is for a proven operator who already runs high-level restaurants at a GM or multi-unit capable standard.
What You’ll Lead
- Full P&L ownership and operational execution
- A high-volume, upscale, guest-focused dining experience
- Hiring, developing, and retaining a strong hospitality team
- Daily leadership across FOH + BOH alignment
- Financial performance: labor, COGS, revenue optimization
- Service standards consistent with premium coastal dining expectations
- Culture-building in a high-visibility, guest-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as a General Manager or Senior General Manager in upscale casual, polished casual, or high-volume full-service dining
- Strong track record of financial performance and operational control
- Experience leading large teams in fast-paced, guest-intensive environments
- Proven ability to elevate service standards and consistency
- Strong leadership presence, calm, structured, accountable
- Stability and upward career progression (preferred)

High-performing operators from coastal dining, resort restaurants, premium casual brands, or high-volume destination restaurants
